This 7 lb weight for strength training micro workouts looks like an elegant decorative accessory carved from Northern Italian marble, but is made with silky-smooth silicone over iron. Swirl is alluring to pick up, will not scratch table surfaces or rings, and is easy to wipe clean. Swirl weights are produced in small batches and are hand-finished for a luxurious feel.
