This course was co-developed by Juliu Horvath, and golf professional and GYROTONIC® instructor David Rasmussen.
This 3-day course is available to all GYROTONIC® Level 1 certified trainers and is approved as an update. You do not need to have any golf experience to take the course!
During the 3 days, you will gain an understanding of the golf swing as well as golf language to help you better communicate with your golf clients. You will learn the fundamentals of the swing in your own body and how we support those movements with GYROTONIC® exercise. You will learn new golf-specific exercises developed by Juliu Horvath just for this course, as well as many new applications.
Our goal is to help you draw more clients into your studio, and become a center for golf fitness.
All Certified GYROTONIC® Instructors are welcome. No golf experience at all required to take the course. This course is approved by Juliu Horvath as a Certified Trainer Update course.
