NEW STUDENT INTRODUCTORY PACKAGE
$250, for 3 classes
Take 3 private introductory classes of any method we offer-PILATES or GYROTONIC® NEW STUDENTS ONLY
PRIVATE SESSION
$100 per 50-minute session/$950 for 10 sessions
$70 per 30-minute session
Private 55 minute sessions with one-on-one instruction, utilizing any and all apparatus and tools specific to your needs and goals. Includes PILATES, GYROTONIC®
PRIVATE GYROTONIC SESSION WITH MASTER TRAINER
$130 per session/$1200 for 10 sessions. Ideal for experienced student or interested in the teacher training process, open to all
DUET SESSION
$75 per session/$700 for 10 sessions
2 people share the hour with one instructor, utilizing the reformer/tower or pulley tower for PILATES or GYROTONIC®
MASTER TRAINER DUET/GYROTONIC $85 per session/$800 for 10 sessions
TRIO SESSION
$60 per session/$550 for 10 sessions
3 people share the hour with one instructor, PILATES REFORMER UTILIZED, at set times throughout the week or make your own group
SEMI PRIVATE SESSION
PILATES REFORMER/TOWER CLASS BEGINS JANUARY 2025
$45 per session/$400 for 10 sessions.
4-7 students per class. More independent for the participants, but all movements are guided by your instructor. TIME OPTIONS WILL EXPAND FOR 2025! INQUIRE!
PILATES MAT CLASS
$30 per session/drop in friendly!
☀️STARTING AUGUST: Our Pilates mat classes will move to TYTE MEDISPA down the block, Saturdays at 10am and Thursdays 5pm plenty of room!
INDEPENDENT/EXPERIENCED STUDENT SELF PRACTICE RENTAL $30/HR.
